Abstract

The design of this service information system is one solution to solve work process problems by utilizing advances in technology and information. Choose an effective and efficient system development method to help your customers respond to their needs instantly. Transaction recording is not computerized and the information collection process is slow because PT V-KOOL Indo Lestari itself uses the manual method. Solving this problem requires appropriate innovations, such as the development of web-based information systems. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Researchers try to predict whether customers will remain loyal to the company. Therefore, service quality has a big effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a big effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction relationships have a big effect on customer loyalty, and service quality has a big impact on customers. Based on the results of the survey above, it is advisable to make a proposal that prioritizes service quality and product quality. The required methodology consists of a user research process to analyze and implement the system. The results of the analysis are described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language.
