Church has people or congregations who gather to worship and glorify the name of God. In addition, church also has activities and management that become an organization. GPIB Menara Kasih is one of the presbyterian churches in Indonesia. People that can participate in church activities are those who are officially registered at GPIB itself. There are 2,950 registered members of GPIB Menara Kasih. For now, there are obstacles where the GPIB Menara Kasih data collection process is still manual or there is no system that supports data collection. The management of the congregation which is quite a lot, will be difficult if the data collection process is still conventional. Every week, GPIB Menara Kasih prints news from the congregation that provides information about week-long activities at GPIB Menara Kasih. Costs incurred to print the congregational news is quite large every week. This final project is made with the aim of providing a system that can help to manage data processing for GPIB Menara Kasih. The system will be designed using prototyping methodologies through the PHP programming language. There is also modeling used to design the system using UML 2.5 which includes class diagrams, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The results that will be obtained through this Final Project is a system that can help the data collection process, search, and information of GPIB Menara Kasih.
