Prospective Notary can be appointed to become Notary who make Notary Deeds and the Management of the Indonesian Notary Association provides recommendations for the appointment of Notary so that the purpose of this journal is to find out how to become Professional and Responsible Notary in making Notary Deeds.
The type of research used is normative juridical research using secondary data in the form of books laws and regulations. The type of approach used is a statutory approach and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively.
Notary to be Professional and Responsible in making a Notary deed must have good morals and personality, have knowledge in the field of law especially related to notary science, have financial ability to run an independent and responsible notary office. Notary in carrying out their positions must always be guided by the regulations.
