PEMBUATAN AKTA NOTARIS PADA MASA COVID-19 DI INDONESIA

Notary have the authority to make Authentic Deeds but during the Covid-19 period it had a very big impact for Notary because Notary in making Deeds had to adapt the Notary's office environment to the Health Protocol so the purpose of this journal is to find out how Notary Deeds are made during the Covid-19 period in Indonesia.
The type of research used is normative juridical research using secondary data in the form of books laws and regulations. The type of approach used is a statutory approach and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively.
The making of a Notary Deed during the Covid-19 period in Indonesia must still comply with the provisions in Regulation so that there are no changes in the provisions governing the Notary Deed. Notary in making a Notary Deed during the Covid-19 period in Indonesia must apply the Health Protocol properly because all Notary Offices in Indonesia during the Covid-19 period are required to apply the Health Protocol based on regulations from the Indonesian Government.
