Abstract

Reconstruction is one method used by the investigator to conduct the investigation process even though the nature of this reconstruction is not obliged to do but to further clarify again about how it happened it is necessary to the holding of reconstruction cases. The purpose of holding this reconstruction is to provide an overview of the occurrence of a criminal incident with action way back the way the suspect committed a criminal act with the aim to further convince the examiner about the truth of statements of suspects and witnesses. Reconstruction is helping the investigation to obtain evidence in the form of evidence of instructions before the case was transferred to the prosecutor. Reconstruction is usually performed at the crime scene (TKP). Each demonstration conducted by suspects and witnesses need to be taken photographs and the reconstruction of the course of the demonstration must be recorded in the Minutes of Reconstruction. Action and the first duty at the crime scene (TKP) is a key starting businesses for further investigation of the criminal events. Success or failure of further investigation, it mostly depends on the business acts and the first duty of investigators who are doing work in the crime scene. The scene is a source of materials for further investigation, because the crime scene often and often will be attended by the investigator to conduct an investigation in order to carry out reconstruction and also to get the ingredients as much as possible so that the case becomes brighter then smoothly be trial.Keywords: Reconstruction, The Genesis Case, Crime
